Breakfast was solid—about half the time we ate there (2 out of 4 days), it was really good.
The room itself was excellent value: very spacious, well laid out, and easily a 10/10.
Having the market, Mercury, restaurants, department store, and more all within the hotel was extremely convenient. The location is a bit away from the beaches and main tourist areas, but it worked well for us—and we actually enjoyed the extra walking.
The staff was helpful overall, though the split front desk setup created some confusion. The check-in process also felt a bit outdated—an app or online pre-check-in would streamline things and eliminate the unnecessary lines.
We would definitely stay here again. It’s a bit of a tough rating—4 feels too low, but 5 feels slightly high in some areas. Overall, though, it’s a great value for what you get.

Really lovely and helpful staff, the room was huge and immaculate. The breakfast was lovely too.
