Location,fair enough for a friendly priced room rate, staff is approachable and friendly, ambiance is good , i like the comfort and bathroom excellent layout and a peaceful neighborhood. Recommendedfor people who like a serene place and not so crowded place
So far i only have good experience considering we go there rainy season understandable that chairs and table at the balcony are wet. But its ok . Understandable

convenient location peaceful
We were disappointed with the condition of the room. The bedding was stained, the towels were old, and it appeared that the bedding had not been changed before our arrival. I also experienced allergy symptoms, which made the stay uncomfortable.
But if you are looking for cheap hotels go for it
