The property is centrally located, very near to parking (Parking Almagro is approximately 200 meters away) and the metro station. The front desk was particularly helpful in assisting us in getting the air conditioning in our room to function properly (in the first Spain heatwave of 2026, this was very much appreciated).
The rooms are functional in layout. Drapes are blackout, but if on the side of the building that overlooks Calle Almagro, there's both some street noise until the restaurants below close, as well as some limited street traffic in the morning. Good value for the price paid.

Very clean, unfortunately my room was in the first floor and it was too loud.

The location is fantastic and the room itself quite nice, but the airconditioner was on in February and I was unable to turn on the heat to warm up the room. Moreover, the shower was broken, with water coming out of a broken pipe rather than either of the shower heads. Clearly, both these problems existed before my arrival. No action taken by the hotel staff when I reported these problems. Shame.
