I brought my itinerary to check in, which written 3 rooms for the itinerary.
The receptionist took a couple minutes through the documents, handed me 1 room key.
After reminded, then only she could find out the other 2 rooms by me pointing the names on the room list, but not my itinerary.
Wonder what use is the itinerary during check in time? Or you may just advise us to show identification document while check in will do?
The management should train well the receptionist to handle these check in procedure.
