Room was very spacious and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Onsen was very clean and relaxing.

The hotel's service and condition was excellent. Staffs were very attentive and friendly. We stayed a night here as we had an early flight to catch. The kaiseki restaurant was good, a must try. I highly recommend staying here. Beds are comfy and the room was very spacious.

There was a staff waiting at the lift to usher us to the reception followed by friendly greetings. Early check-in was allowed and Within minutes we were in our room.
The room is in excellent condition and comfortable. The room also offers an excellent view of aircraft taxing, but surprisingly, there was virtually no noise.
The hotel is inside the airport and thus is suitable for those who have early flight out of New Chitose Airport.
I look forward to staying in this hotel again.
