Double charged property tax, otherwise great place for a short stay. Water pressure amazing. Thin walls. They have real towels.

Loved our stay here! The front desk lady only speaks Italian but it’s not rocket science to check into a hotel. Nice room and clean. Would stay again

This is the heart of Florence, steps from everything. My room was pleasant and clean. The hotel is on the second floor so I preferred walking up the stairs to dealing with the elevator but there is one available.

This property was very clean! It was somewhat a little difficult to find as it is located on the second floor with another hotel located on the fourth floor! After we got to the correct place, we were allowed to drop off our luggage early which was very helpful. The ladies who helped us check in and check out spoke zero English, which was less than ideal. Since this establishment is referred to as a “bed and breakfast” we were trying to ask about breakfast and they couldn’t provide any information or answer our questions since they didn’t speak English. If an establishment is called a bed and breakfast they should provide breakfast! My understanding is that if you pay for it, they’ll provide a voucher for the breakfast place downstairs since they don’t have any facilities for breakfast. However since no one spoke English we just had to pay for our own breakfast downstairs! The room was definitely not sound proof and was very loud. We could hear everything going on on the street below, and as there was a restaurant right under our window, it was pretty noisy. Luckily we only had to stay one night!
