Very very helpful staff - I received lots of support dealing with airline delays on arrival and modified check-in times, as well as detailed and expert advice on restaurants and attractions around Rome. Also very well located - close to the Vatican and some great restaurant areas. Technically adjacent to train tracks which made me nervous about noise as I'm a light sleeper, but the room was very well soundproofed and I had no issues.

This place is EXCELLENT! The owner is very accommodating as I did not initially realize that the latest check-in time is 8 pm. I called and explained that we will be coming into Rome later and will reach the place at 11 pm. He was there to open his place for us. He explained the location of this place to various sites and places to eat. He arranged for taxi rides when we needed it. The place is very near St Peter's Basilica within a 10 minute walk. It is very near bus stops and places to eat as well. The room is immaculate and very clean with modern amenities. If we ever find ourselves wanting to visit St Peter's in Rome, I will book this place.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room looked like it had been updated not that long ago and was very comfortable. Francesco was super helpful with suggestions of where to eat how/where the buses operate, getting us cabs ect. We found the location to be quite central for what we wanted to see. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent stay, excellent service, excellent cleanliness.
The host, Francesco,was absolutely excellent! He showed us where to go, and what to do in Rome. He explained everything on a map he provided.
The room was located in an excellent spot, as well. A few minutes from the Vatican, the train station, restaurants, cafe's, bus stops, etc..
