1. No proper instructions about the property and checkin instrections, the property number is not mentioned anywhere and had to pick from their photo. I had to make an international call to get the second room keys. Why? 2. No proper information nor communication about parking. I did speak to at least 3 other guests and all were struggling with the same. 3. WiFi didn’t work at all, all my planning for the following day is ruined. 4. Bedside lights were not working and had to switch somewhere and walk towards your bed in dark in a new place. 5. Kitchen kettle didn’t work so not even had a coffee. 6. Sink tap was loose and spills water around. 7. Air condition is joke. It simply made noise and didn’t cool the air. And no fan in the hot night. Ideally I should be getting a full refund for this one night(mare) stay for not using anything and have spent more money coming and staying in this apartment.

The location of this hotel close to the city, the airport and the tram line is very convenient. This was the Hotel Coronado Zurich once, which is now permanently closed on Google. It looks like 2019 is the last time this place was updated. The torn Swiss flag outside is a sign of what's inside. There is dirt and hair on the floor. There is body hair in the bed and on the bathroom floor. There also is no shower curtain anymore. There is no hand soap. The toilet seat is loose. There is mould on the bathroom ceiling and there are two holes through the front door from the hall, which is directly in front of the bathroom. These holes are just blocked with some crumpled plastic that could easily be pushed out. The kitchen tap is loose on the sink. The A/C doesn't work. It barely has fan mode if you turn it on, and then the green error light is too bright to sleep. The road is too noisy to open the window. The other tenants are noisy with knocking and shouting noises in the early hours of the morning. Do not book this hotel. It's cheaper than others in Zürich, but you will not be glad you saved the money.

The room had everything i needed. Easy check in. The negative points: the mattress and the pillow, thin in my opinion. Well connected with the city and airport by tram. Only 30 min walk to the centre

I really recommend this hotel. It was in a great location right across the street from a metro. The room was fabulous was quiet. It was a little hot, but it was very spacious so I highly recommend it. It was very good property.
