The location was great, and the place was clean. The towels provided were fresh and clean. I also liked the check-in process: key handover via the lockbox outside was very smooth, and finding an envelope with my name on it inside was a nice touch.
The cleaning fee felt a bit too high. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee or complimentary supplies were provided. When we first entered, there was a slight damp smell, though it cleared up once we aired the room out. Having extra towels would also have been nice.

Good location (tram stop very close, main shops around, walking distance to Zurich HB or Letten in summer), very clean.
The common area is not as clean as you would expect in Zurich.
In hot days, as there is no AC, you might need to keep the window open and noise from traffic would get in.
The host asked us to leave a 10 out of 10 review, which does not really help other customers

Great location, fantastic transport links. The apartment was very clean & well equipped. Communication from the host was excellent & timely.
