This properties location is wonderful. Bed was comfortable, Clean sheets. Outward appearance was good. They haven’t moved furniture was a while to clean. Friendly and helpful front desk, when they were there. Property needs upgrading, peeling flooring. No elevator and they have 4 floors - travel light!

A quaint, clean older building.
Great location. A couple of minute walk to the Promanade. In a quiet location but still very close to everything. The hotel is right beside the back of the Chateau Frontenac.
If you have mobility issues, request a ground floor room. No elevator, all stairs. There was no one looking after the desk on a regular basis. However a number is given to call. As well as a security code for the door.
Rates are fair. Rooms are spacious and people are very friendly and accomodating.
I would stay there again .

Excellent location, reasonable price, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff (in either English or French). If you want to stay in the old town, close to many of the attractions this is a great choice. Parking is in public lots nearby and it was not hard to park and unload in front of the hotel so if you are driving in, this is a doable location. Easy to get a taxi to/from as well. Not the most fancy place, but if you are looking for refined luxury you can go nextdoor to the hotel in the Chateau Frontenac! Would stay there again.
