Loved the ‘Olde Worlde’ charm and history
of the Inn,
The only minor fault was that there were no
leaflets of surrounding places of interest to
visit.
However we would would highly recommend
This property.
Thank you.

We have stayed here a few times about 9 years ago when we had reasons to be in north Devon. We were pleased to have had another opportunity last week.
Our room was spacious and comfortable with a first rate bathroom. We had a very enjoyable dinner, some lovely wine and a splendid breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we really hope to be able to visit again sometime. Thank you!

A gem of a find, a quite location, large car park, friendly staff, dog friendly with a large field off the car park, a great inn with a large beer garden,
A great selection of beers & the food taken in the bar or garden was very good.
After a power cut in the early morning ( no fault of their own) power back on at 9.15am they managed to provide a full English before we checked out.
We would make a point of returning again.

From the moment we arrived at the Hoops the staff were very helpful and friendly, even though they were very busy with Sunday lunch which was a very good sign as to just how good the food was. Every meal we had was absolutely amazing, everything was cooked freshly and perfectly. We will certainly be recommending it as the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Clovelly. Well done to each and everyone of the team.
