We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants nearby, as well as the train station with links to Glasgow and Prestwick Airport. The owner is quick to respond to any queries and messages which is good. We will stay again.

Excellent accommodation close to pub and bakery (for breakfast)

Self manned but worked really well and certainly convenient for our needs of an evening meal and ferry crossing. Road parking was available and free. Walls were a little thin but didn't affect our stay. Would certainly book again ticked all our boxes - clean, smart ++
