There was some issues they put us on the 3rd floor my sister is in her 60s. I'm in my late 50s. In the elevator was out, so we had a walk up and down with our luggage.And if we wanted to go anywheres we had to walk up-and-down them stairs. The shower had a trickle. So you could not take a shower, you had to take a bath and when we check the end, they took a $50 deposit. Keep in mind. I paid a $157 for 1 night
I found out today that they never did give me back my deposit. So together, I paid $207 for this room. When you try to cow and ask them about you're deposit. They send you a number for customer service when you call customer service. It's all automatic and it's completely only for your reservations. So they're not going to talk to you about getting your deposit back. So I lost that $50. So for a room debt, we had to walk up-and-down 3 flights of stairs. No water in the shower was not worth $207, so I honestly think this place is a scam. So please do not do not go to this motel because they will scam You out.

The room was perfect. The only thing that bothered me was the noise. Well after 10 pm people were running up and down the hallway, yelling, knocking on doors etc.
This hotel is very nice, the staff is excellent, only issue to have is with some who stay there not being considerate of others.

I was very pleased with everything. The most impressive thing about our stay was the fact that the elevator broke at about 8:30pm the day we checked in. Our room was on the third floor and we were worried that we would have to carry all of our baggage down three flights of stairs when we checked out the next morning. Surprisingly they had it up and running by 7am!
I would like to recognize the staff who worked diligently to make that happen: the general manager, Ms Nona, Zachary and Tario. That’s teamwork!
