for the price one would expect a little bit more. The room we had was ok ….the aircon when switched on dripped constantly (should be checked out room no.14). Missed little things like cotton wool & earbuds... breakfast was good...buffet dinner expensive but tasty...bar service restaurant very slow. Was unable to ascertain if there was room service....no info in room whatsoever.

Staff friendly and helpful. Birthday week for my mother, not having a gym the one disappointment to a lovely stay
