Joan and his staff for very welcoming and ensured we had an excellent visit. The rural setting of the hotel has the beach, Roman archaeological sites and other places to visit within 30 minutes of the hotel.
The food was awesome. Joan and team prepare and serve extravagant meals bursting with flavor. You can't possibly go hungry.

We stayed one night before we got to Lisbon. As we got in at 8.30 pm there we were unable to get dinner but the breakfast made up for it it was a good buffet but we were cooked scrambled eggs and bacon. It was very rural but very nice. The room was a good size and we enjoyed our stay. A lovely refreshing swim in the good sized pool was also very nice before breakfast.
