When we got to Athens we contacted the host and he met us at the property. He was very warm and welcoming. The place was as described. Clean and neat. There was 2 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room. We were with a big group who all booked nice hotels. They complained about several things. Room too small. Very noisy. We had the complete opposite plenty of room. The street was quiet and very safe. Close to the city center. Would completely stay again. 5 stars for it all.

Good space with living room/second bedroom. Sofa bed comfortable.
Management helpful when needed things, came quickly.
Shower ok, but missing part of door, so water not contained in shower.
Solar heating is used to heat the water tank, with the ability to turn on tank heater to heat water if not enough. We found it was not enough for 3 showers, so make sure to plan ahead if you want more than one shower.
Toilet very high – tricky for short people!
Shower was ok – one of the sliding doors was missing so water went all over the bathroom.
Overall, good. Location great - did hear the hourly bells mentioned in another comment which were mildly annoying.

My only quibble with description is that there’s no city view. The balcony is very narrow and it looks out over a street between buildings. and, there are people walking and talking until the wee hours, (4 am) of the morning. Truly, this is an apartment with all that comes with it in a city;neighbors dog that yapped a lot as well. Very convenient to the Acropolis. Apartment is spacious and lovely. Dimitri was very helpful in arranging reliable transport . My travel partner was sick, so Dmitri helped make up the living sofa bed so we could have separate sleeping areas.

This is a great apartment with an amazingly convenient location- just a 6 minute walk from the metro and in the middle of a an interesting and lively neighborhood. We loved.
