The staff was exceptional. They immediately identified how they could assist with our trip such as booking dinner reservations. Parking was incredibly close and easy to access as well as secure.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, very modern and cozy at the same time. The terrace on the lobby was one of my favorite spots at the hotel. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming! Loved our stay at the Henrietta Hotel

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the hotel and both times have been a wonderful stay. The staff is awesome, the rooms and beds are beautiful and comfortable. Will keep on choosing this hotel if at all possible on my New Orleans stays.
