Fantastic hotel right next to nippori station b rooms was very comfortable and roomy. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel was very conveniently located to Nippori station. It turned out to make it easy to take trains to different points of interest in the city. It was walkable to Ueno Park and museums. Also, the restaurants made eating on site convenient. We located there to take the skyliner to Narita. Unfortunately, there was flooding that shut down the train lines. The front desk staff was super helpful finding alternatives to get to our international flight. And we sent a bag to the hotel in advance of our stay. They efficiently had it in our room upon arrival.
