I have book the hotel as un emergency stay because the place we had booked was in terrible conditions. To book this hotel was the best decision and it was one of the best hotels we stayed in for whole 2 weeks in Japan. Very good location and close to the train station to travel around Tokyo and also train to go to the airport. Clean, modern, good breakfast, you can leave your luggage, professional staff - responding immediately to all requests. Thank you very much. I could recommend this place for sure and I will definitely stay again.

I booked for 2 people and as a 5ft lady, the room is big. The layout of the room makes it look bigger and the space is ample enough for to open 2 luggages. I really like hotel rooms that separate the shoes and room area.
There's no microwave on the room itself but there is one on the 2nd floor lounge area. You can also rent for free a clothes iron, and they even have flat iron for hair.
The location is ok. It's near the bus that goes to Asakusa, and near the Yamanote line train. It's also a 1 station away from Nippori station that transfers to the trains that go to Narita airport
They had no foreign/english tv channels. The walk to the train station might be far for seniors or pwd. Do note there's an elevator on the left side of the bridge when going up to the south exit of Uguisudani station.

Location was close to station and bus stops
I was not a fan of the breakfast. They make it look nice but if you like cold eggs, cold potato gems etc then maybe not for you. Only one pillow option so if you don’t like soft pillows then you didn’t have another option.
