Location as great for our last 2 nights in Tokyo. Access to the Iriya Line and also JR Ueno Station and walking distance into Asakusa district.
The size of the room for the 3 of us was great. Just a little more planning on storage of luggage would have been good. The beds were comfortable.
Storage of luggage - nowhere really to have this out - without taking over the seating area.
Our room 101 on the first floor -didn't really feel that safe - as the front automatic door didn't have a code and anybody off the street could walk in.
Our room also had a weird smell, and the airconditioning vent was tapped up and dripped onto the floor. I believe the smell was mold which was definitely not pleasant and not healthy.
The hot water at the end of the day wasn't hot - not sure if the whole hotel used the same storage tank, but then late at night it was hot again.
Having the 3 sinks seemed a bit weird as space was tight, the room configuration would be better utilised for storage or hanging pace for your clothes etc.
Toilet space very small, we could all fit just.
Only a fridge no freezer, but that was ok.
Great to have the rack for hats and bags to keep them off the floor.
Only stayed 2 nights, anymore would have been too long in the smell and also the space.
