No staff at the hotel but online very helpful and quick to respond. We found by accident there are two MARUMI hotels within close distance of each other as we went to wrong one! We were very tired after long flight and delay at airport. The staff at the other hotel could not have been nicer and more helpful. They ordered us a taxi and made sure we got to our actual hotel quickly. Couldn’t thank them enough

"The apartment was so spacious which was very welcome after a week of very compact hotel rooms with 2 teenagers! It was clean, beautifully presented, and had a combined washing machine/dryer in the apa..."
