Quite road. Opposite super market, 7-11, family mart. Not too far walk from station. Staff are nice. Room is really good.

飯店離JR鶯谷站北口走路約5-6分鐘可到，出口周邊商圈很方便，有藥妝店.驚安殿堂.麥當勞.咖啡店,好幾間便利商店及餐廳，生活機能方便，而且越往飯店走就越安靜，地點坐落在安靜的住宅區。
房間內有洗衣機很方便，也有小廚房可以使用，整體來說很不錯。
可惜要住3天以上才有打掃的服務，但房間內有吸塵器可以自行使用。

Pues me gustó prácticamente todo. Es difícil encontrar un apartamento de este tamaño en Tokio tan bien localizado y tan bien conservado.
Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, camas cómodas incluyendo el sofá cama. La limpieza excelente…
Además había gente en recepción las 24 horas (no como otros apartahoteles donde estuvimos) lo que te da la tranquilidad de que si hay cualquier problema habrá alguien que te ayude inmediatamente.
La zona también muy bien. Muy bien comunicado, con restaurantes por la zona, supermercado, algunas tiendas…
Si vuelvo a tokio desde luego que mi primera opción será el hotel KOMACHI.
Pues por poner un punto de mejora, el armario tenía muchas perchas, pero no había baldas para dejar la ropa doblada o alguna cajonera.
Es el único punto de mejora que se me ocurre.
