The breakfast is 10/10, food is superb. The location is super nice, just 5 mins walk to the train station. Staff are friendly and willing to provide free suitcase storage after checkout.
There is a strict no-visitor policy in the room.

The breakfast as most reviewers say is superb. We particularly like the pork katsu - tender and juicy. The strawberry dessert was also good. The reception and the cleaning team was the best. The room was also very nice and spacious for a family of 3. We will definitely be back.
Would have been great if the breakfast had tuna sashimi.

Personnel in the dinning room very nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable and nippori station is very close to the hotel.
Small room and toilet. No space to ope. 2 suitcases, although i asked space for them. Westwen brekfast very poor.
