Really nice place to stay!

Really spacious with great views and conveniently located next to the 7 eleven and laundromat and train station. Also the beds were super comfortable!

Futons are way too thin. And the apartment realistically only sleeps 7 people comfortably whereas we had booked 1 apartment for 12 people which didn’t work so we ended up getting another one. Also if you’re sensitive to noise, the trains go by but it didn’t really bother our group and there was some construction at night time, but again it didn’t really bother us.

不快なので二度と行きません、札幌の方がとても満足出来た為選びましたが残念です

広いリビングと和室が隣り合わせで解放状態だとかなり広々と使える従業員の愛想がよく、会話のテンポもちょうど良かった陶器製のお皿やフライパン、鍋などがありちょっとした料理が作れるのがありがたかったです

多々あったので箇条書きに・玄関ドアが異常なほど開閉し難い・見えない場所や見えづらい場所の清掃が適当すぎる(ソファのクッションを退かしたら下から前の宿泊者のものと思われる大きめのクシがありました) ・トイレの扉枠と壁紙に3mm程の隙間があり、音が漏れたり気持ちが悪い・和室の壁が一部破損してる(説明がなかった為、初入室時に写真撮影しました)

駅からは歩ける範囲で目の前にはコンビニがあるので最高です！部屋はめっちゃオシャレで好みで自分の家に似ていたので気が合う！と思いました。お風呂もうちと同じでしたがうちのはスパージュ付いてないので子供たち喜んでました。ランドリールームには洗濯物がたくさん干せてとても助かりました！洗剤も使わせていただきました。テレビでYouTubeも見れて旅行に来てまで見るなよと思いつつも静かになるので黙ってました。スタッフの方々は若くて可愛いうえに丁寧に対応してくださり好印象でした。メールのやりとりもとてもスピーディーでありがたかったです。お世話になりました♪

潔癖症なので他の方との価値観が違うので清潔感にたいしてはコメントしません。エアコンのききが少し弱かったです。冷蔵庫に忘れ物が入っていて子供たちが贈り物と勘違いしていました笑

over all our stay was comfortable except the rude staff

the location is good and the place is clean and comfortable

there is always no staff at the front desk and only one time we had a chance to speak with front desk staff and she always rude to us. I suggest to have people on the front desk all time and should be with good manners

Würde das Hotel erneut buchen !! Top

Die Lage ist top. Laufweg ca.3-5 min zur Machiya Station. Vorm Hotel direkt ein 7/11 Store und Supermärkte zahlreich in der Umgebung, sowie Apotheken und Einkaufszentren. Die Zimmern sind für eine 5 Köpfige Familie total ausreichend mit viel Platz und einer Küche. Eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmitteln standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Perfekt für eine Reise mit Kinder oder mehrerer Personen. Auf den Balkonen konnte man seine Wäsche aufhängen und trocken lassen.

Es war leicht staubig in den Zimmern und die Möbel über die Jahre aufgebraucht und kaputt.

Everything, if you are in love with trains, book and stay there, every 2 minutes a train passes right behind the property. It is a real shame that this is not mentioned and I blame Booking to overrate this place. I will consider and think twice in the future before booking with Booking again. Even I am in the highest Genius Classification, I cannot accept this rating from Booking.

Overall it is a good place for stay two/ three days.

Comfortable and in good price. Convenient store right next to the hotel. Short walk to train and metro station. Quiet neighbourhood.

Room and bathroom were very dark. It makes you feel cozy but it’s hard to find a thing in your toiletry bag.

I would stay here again.

Lots of space! I was able to fit 16 students in the living room to hold class. The management tried to accommodate our needs when we asked. I liked that there were rice cookers.

The couches had a lot of stains on them. A little inconvenient to the train lines but not too bad

Mixed feelings about the place. Not quite as good as the photos presented it to be on your website. Biggest thing was t

The amount of space was good. Plenty of towels. the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen clean but could use new cooking utensils.

The furniture in the living/ dining area was old and in need of replacement. the rug on the floor looked like it never got vacuumed. The property was not managed 24 hours a day so anyone could walk in off the street.

Great stay and value for money

Great distance to station and convenience store right across the road. Self check-in was simple and easy. Size of the lounge with the tatami room was comfortable for 4 bigger guys and the view with tokyo skytree was great.

The pillows in the tatami room were filthy and some blankets were a bit dirty.

It was the perfect place to stay for a short break!

It was amazing! The staff was very kind and the room was super comfortable.

it was not a pleasant stay, i could not enter my room after checking in-( there was an error with the system not giving

the area was far from shops and crowds the train station was quite far no staff that can understand english well no overnight staff to be on front desk

great place, great amentities, noisy upstairs owners was the downfall

it was close to the train station and a 7/11 across the road

upstairs in the private residences were very noisy from 11pm-6am dragging chairs, moving tables, stomping around, talking loudly. sounded like it was being renovated. it kept our kids awake every night that e stayed there for hours on end.

Randor is the best suites at tokyo, they have a large property and we can see tokyo tower view at balcony, we super recomanded for you and family stay here, very comfort

Very good

Interior is like modern, clean and great condition spacious 3 bedroom apartment (very spacious at this price for Tokyo!)- feels like recently rennovated. Very comfortable and clean. Front staff, when available, had excellent English and helpful for any queries you might have.

Location is a little far out of usual tourist places and 5-8 mins walk to small train stations. The units are really good once inside but the walk through lobby and lift to it just needs brightening up and decoration maybe as quite dark and dingey at night. No parking for car but plenty of pay parking within few minutes walk.

Very good

The room was bigger than I expected. There’s a convenience store right across the facility where we bought groceries we needed to prepare our breakfast. By the way, I arrived late so I had to check myself in. The system worked fine. I will definitely be returning there.
