The location was amazing. The hotel is located in the older, romantic part of the city. Walking old narrow streets lined with an unlimited variety of outdoor cafes, bakeries, and paella restaurants. The area had a quaint, unhurried vibe we loved going out in the evenings and soaking up the local culture. The locals were very helpful and friendly. The hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean property and reasonable price for the breakfast buffet.
However, the space is a bit cramped. And there are no shelves to store our clothes and personal staff.
And whats with the bathroom door? Why do European hotels have this half door covering the shower? It does half the job - by the time you are done showering the bathroom floor is wet and there are not enough towels to dry the floor.
This is actually a safety hazard as guests could slip on the wet floor.
And there are not enough hooks nor racks/bar to dry the towel. How do they expect guests to dry them?

By all means, it is a cute hotel right in the middle of many attractions that are just walking distance away. We were told hotels in this chain are themed and this one about books and literature. You will see lots of books all around the facility. Breakfast was ok - didn't see much of a variety but you can always get a better option just walking a few steps. Staff were very friendly and accomatibg. One of the best feature is with a click of a button they can get you a taxi within 5 min. It can be hard to find taxis from other streets depending on the day and time. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel
