This property was very clean and very safe. My room on the 19th floor was very big and clean. Everyone in guest services was super helpful with getting me out of the parking garage when I got lost haha. I like that the parking garage has a lot of security and locked doors for guests only. I loved my city views and closeness to important landmarks uptown. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and great location. The parking garage and check in process was a bit confusing. Park in the P4 parking area and use the call button by the door to get inside. Check in is on the 14th floor.
The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Although very comfortable at first, the bed was too soft and we all woke up stiff and sore! Ha! Ha! That’s what happens to middle aged folks! Beds matter!
Enjoy your stay!
Oh, and breakfast was great!
