Basic, good hotel. Do not expect luxury. It is the industrial warehouse "look" but fun for a couple of days.
Going to the rooftop bar to check in and check out. Maid service is every other day. No coffee in the room. For $300 + per night, they should have coffee in the room. But instead you must travel up to the 13th floor roofdeck level to get anything needed during your stay. It's a great view but it's a hike in the early morning with your pajamas on for a simple cup of joe. Don't bother with the free breakfast. Bring your own or go to Starbucks next door.

The entire style of the property, the vibes, everything was excellent. The staff was super friendly, super accommodating. They have a nice rooftop bar/ chill area that is beautiful, clean for the most part besides what customers leave behind but it is cleaned promptly.
The only thing i could recommend is maybe a mini fridge in the rooms with at least some waters.

Location and views from the top floor
Was advertised as breakfast included. Rooms lacked fridge and microwave. Only parking available was valet at $55

The location and the rooftop bar.
No table space in the rooms. The rooftop lobby floor had crumbs on it. They were not clean. No employee ever mentioned that we needed our key card to get the elevator to go anywhere.
