Every time we travel to Taupo we stay at Mototere holiday park. It is clean, well maintained and friendly staff. Trout fishing over the road is good. Trucks passing on main road through the night we thought would be a problem, after our first stay it didn't become an issue at all. Only 15 minutes travel from Taupo it is a excellent place to rest up and relax. Thank you Mototere holiday park, we will be back

The deluxe cabin was a pleasure to stay in. Parking right alongside.
It had everything we needed (excl bathroom) and was spotlessly clean. The toilet block was a short walk opposite which almost made up for not having our own ensuite. My only downside was the lack of a second shower block near the cabin.. It was situated a good way from.the cabin.

I stayed in the dome Deluxe Tent and I was truly amazed at this accommodation! The lakefront view was gorgeous to wake up to. I like that there was a mini fridge and kettle with tea/coffee in the room. Also, the couch was very comfy and I was able to borrow a DVD from the office to watch that evening. There was a lot of parking by the dome and the cooking area was clean with enough dishes and utensils.
