Listen—I travel a lot, and this place actually gets it right. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moses Lake by IHG is a straight-up 10/10.
Rooms? Super nice, clean, and comfortable. The lobby isn’t some awkward pass-through either—it’s got real space to sit, relax, and hang out.
And the breakfast? Not your sad little “continental” situation. We’re talking biscuits and gravy, omelets, hot cinnamon rolls… basically everything you’d hope for and then some.
But let’s talk about Barbara—because she deserves it. She went above and beyond with her customer service and was an absolute delight to interact with. I called ahead about needing a crib, and she made sure it was already set up in our room when we walked in. No reminders, no hassle, just handled. That level of care stands out.
Bottom line: if more hotels ran like this one, travel would be a whole lot better. Stay here.

We were in Moses Lake for a few nights visiting friends. It was my first visit and our stay at The Holiday Inn and Suites was a GREAT way to begin. The staff was very accomodating, allowing us to check in early. The room was exceptionally clean, quite large was well appointed. The breakfast was great, both mornings, and had some of the best coffee. Loved those coffee machines!! I wish all Holiday Inn's had them. Stay at this location just for the coffee alone! When we return, we will definitely return to this property!
