The service was great. The first room I had had some issues but then they were able to switch me to a different room on the second floor no issues. Front desk people were phenomenal. I don't remember everyone's names I apologize but from the first guy in the evening who helped me get into another room to another male desk agent who let me communicate and talk about the above and beyond concert. He also recommended to take a look at the Moses lake downtown and I would recommend that as well. Also another front desk lady who used to be a professional cook gave me recommendations on places I should try in Moses lake and to the Check out lady from Iceland who was very awesome as well. The place was great, the breakfast was good, and you also get to have great customer service at the front desk! I would recommend this hotel!

Location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Room was large and comfortable. Loved the walk in Shower.
Air conditioner made some weird noises but still cooled off room.

Everything was clean comfortable. We had a full kitchen with everything. It was awesome.
I really have nothing bad to say about the property. The only thing I can think of is it would’ve been nice if there was a pool or even just a Jacuzzi.
