Even though the hotel is a bit old and tired (it will close for a year for a very welcome renovation of the 340 rooms and amenities), Eren and his staff made the stay incredibly enjoyable. They bend backwards to accommodate your every wish and treat you like royalty. Truly exceptional, well done!!

We love this hotel! It feels smaller and very service oriented. The staff were amazing!
The Gold service was absolutely excellent with a wonderful breakfast each day and friendly and professional Concierge.
The location of the Fairmont Winnipeg is also perfect for all sorts of walking or exploring cafes, bars and restaurants in the Exchange District. Love it!
