I chose this hotel because it was one of very few accommodations in Rome with a pool, dry sauna and steam room at a reasonable price. I am so glad I found this hotel with Expedia's help! It is a true gem. The restaurant options on site are fabulous! All staff, from those working at the reception/reservation desk to those working in the restaurants, were very attentive and friendly. We are sure to stay at this hotel chain again if the opportunity arises in the future!

Our stay was really good! We'd love it if there was an access to iron and ironing board in our room, but we can live without it.
The only thing that we did not like was the booking system for Gym and Pool facilities. Either get rid of it, or if people book it, save it for them. But having to book a slot and then go in to find that the pool and sauna are full, was not the best experience.
However, I would 100% recommend staying there, the location is good and easy to access, the staff was wonderful and the hotel was lovely.
