The location is very practical with the metro station a few meters away, and several shops just nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, the reception also works as an emergency shop - ideal in the evenings when other shops already closed. The rooms on the first (and only floor above ground floor) also has a nice balcony - I think these rooms might be superior to ground floor ones. The air conditioning did its job despite record heats, and the cleaning of the room was OK, but not spotless.
Overall, an excellent price/value ratio with outstanding location and a friendly staff.
