Nice staff, held our bags for us, good breakfast, great location.
Capsules were a bit dusty. Mattress was hard as hell. Had to make our own bed but thats standard I believe?

Love this place! Always stay there when in Tokyo (sometimes I even change the dates of my trip based on its availability!)
It's the cutest place where you sleep between books and you see people reading around you. You can borrow any book and get lost in it on one of the many sofas too.
