This is the hotel we go back to whenever we go to Florence. The staff are amazing. Every single member of staff can not do enough to help you. The view from the hotel is just beautiful. We like walking and it is a 30 minute walk down the hill to pitti palace. If you don’t want to walk back up there is a bus. Also a 2 minute walk out the front of the hotel to the left is a great little pub in a field where they grow their own veggies and the meat for the burgers is from local farms. A must visit We will be going back to Florence and back to Villa Tolomei.

Location and hotel were great but the staff were incredible!! Nickolas was brilliant
Only thing that let it down was the pool and outside area were not open for use which was very disappointing. This was advertised but for a premium hotel this was a let down and was very untidy! A little effort would have changed this and made it much better

What a beautiful place. Nice pool, Spacy, comfort room with great air condition. Great welcome and service by the staff. Especially Sara who arranged everything we needed to book and arrange for us. We would love to come back to this place.
