Wife and I had a great time at the location. Easy check in, easy to find, and a few blocks away from the metro station (3-5m).
The bed was comfortable and the fact there were extra pillows available was great.
My wife and I walk a lot (clocked over 480km in Japan over 3 weeks) - we stayed in Rome for 3 days and walked about 20-30km/day.
The Colosseum is roughly a 20m measure walk from the guest house and there are some great Cafes along the way, a few general stores, and some markets.
It's a few stops away from the main train station so easy to get to! Also some terrific lesser known Roman Sites in the area (walls, etc).
Area has a lot of graffiti (seems normal in Rome since my last visit 10 years ago). Outside of that we felt very safe.
It's 15-20 minutes by metro to the Vatican Museum. It may seem like it's far away on aap but it's a great location.

Very nicely welcomed by Giulia.
The rooms are well located, close to all transportation modes.
Air conditioning most appreciated.
The area is a bit noisy for some European standards, but certainly not for Rome...
