Staff were very helpful. 2 minute walk to İstiklal street where everything is available. 2 different parking lots on both sides of the hotel. They keep the room clean the hotel clean and the elevator fits many people.

It was a nice and clean hotel in a very great neighbourhood.
Downsides:
- there was no holder for shampoo or soap in the shower
- we only had soap on the first day, and there was no replacement for it.

The receptionist Orkan was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately the WiFi never worked during my stay which was very frustrating. When I asked reception around 8pm the gentleman told me it was down but a technician was trying to work on it. It was never fixed even when I checked out today it still didn’t work :(
I had to go to nearby cafes/places with free WiFi. Such an inconvenience but the staff and the hotel itself is good
