We loved the location, though it's about 1km from the nearest subway station (Rato; frequent buses between the station and the hotel #727 and #706). Lots of neighbourhood small restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Hotel front desk staffed most of the time but it might be a good idea to get an entrance code in advance if arriving late. Our room (rooms: separate bedroom) was spacious. AC worked well. Full sized fridge + freezer. Only negative was that next room's bathroom was located next to our bedroom so we received a "wake up call" at 7am every morning.

On site staff were great. Very helpful. Place was well equipped and the air conditioning was perfect for the mini heat wave.

Nice place, but I didn’t connect with the neighborhood or any other surrounding area until the last night. There are local grocery and restaurant options, but not a fit for me. The last night I visited Bar Alimentar around the corner and LOVED it. Wish I had tried it earlier.

The room itself is beautiful (so white, spacious and full of storage). Check-in was slightly unclear but the host was super helpful. The location was ok: convenient for buses but not exactly at the heart of the action.
Still, a great place that I would recommend.
