We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff.

Hampton Inn downtown on Union Street is located in good spot. It is very clean and well lit, The breakfast was good, however, I am bacon lover and my entire the only breakfast meat was variety of sausage. Where was the bacon or ham ??????????
Need better airport shuttle transportation, I had to uber to ROC airport for a 7:30 a.m. flight. Cost me money and you advertise free transportation (Shuttle Service) False advertising.
