Great location. We were able to walk after dinner. Hotel is very clean and well kept.

The location is absolutely unique--I've never seen a hotel of this size in such an interesting walking neighborhood, especially in a small city. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally well-kept. It's a luxury hotel, for better or worse, so keep that in mind.
One is somewhat at the mercy of the fancy restaurant and limited room service. They have vending machines, which I only found by accident. If you're staying with kids, think about pre-shopping at a supermarket before checking in--Wegman's is just down the road!

The bed was comfortable and the location of the venue my party and I attended was near.
My party was told the " bonfire area was being used ( twice) as we didn't know we had to sign it out or reserve it. The staff ( males) on the L floor were quite rude on the elevator ( twice) as the elevator arow pointed down and my group was heading to the upper floor. They seemed upset that we were on the same elevator as them. Also, I sense a little racial tension with some staff ( males) as I am an African American woman. The energy seemed off. My party was told to " move to another location" as we were told areas to smoke cigarette's, however a male approached us and said, " I can't have you smoking out here by the pit because we serve food here. Miscommunication from YOUR staff. racial tension again. 45% not welcomed or embraced.
