This is our second stay here and we loved it both times! We decided to go for the level up in rooms this time and it was totally worth it for the bathtub, kitchen, and living room area. It was so nice that we decided to change our evening plans one of the days we were in town to just lay around and enjoy the room. We will be coming back!

What’s the coolest, most “un-hotel” hotel in the ROCH? School 31! Incredibly accommodating, attentive service, bespoke loft spaces interestingly designed in an historic re-purposed space. GO THERE!

What a unique special place to have a stay in Rochester. The staff went above, and beyond the room was clean and beautiful!
