For the price I paid, this is definitely 5 stars!
If you have complaints about this place then you should spend more money and stay somewhere else!
Front desk went above and beyond!
They explain everything at the check in and breakfast is included ( it was carefully prepared and very tasty!)
The room is small but it’s better than sharing with others if you want some quietness.
I was astonished when I found out they don’t have showers, just public bath. It was my very first time and quite interesting!
I do agree the hours should be better as we don’t have other option to shower.
They have everything you might need including pajamas, hair dryer and slippers.
On top of all of that, the cafe on the ground floor is extremely beautiful!
Forgot to mention the fantastic location!
I’m very satisfied with my pick!

What a lovely gem of an hotel. The great young team are eager to help, the vibe is really relaxed and the coffee shop, free flow drinks, lounge and tasty breakfasts were outstanding. Great value for money too. The rooms are simple and yet comfy and whilst mine didn't have a shower or bath (which I knew in advance) the onsen upstairs and as quiet, luxurious and even had a sauna! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and comfortable. Very convenient to train and shops. Bathroom is shared which may not be for all. If this is ok, then you will enjoy the hot tub and refreshing shower.

We had a very pleasant stay and this hotel and would warmly recommend it. The location is top and the hotel offers everything you need - a cozy cafe, lounge area and onsen. The room felt architectonic and we appreciated the small details and vintage interior. It was also very clean. The receptionists were very friendly. Looking forward to go back!
