Great location - very central, yet quiet. Heated pool and jacuzzi were lovely, as well as beach.
The property is very dated. One of the elevators didn't work.
The unit is very roomy. Great view from balcony, good kitchen. All appliances worked as expected.
However, the unit definitely needs some TLC: fan in master bedroom is out of service and needs to be replaced. Peeling ceiling paint - every morning we found mounds of paint on the floor and furniture. It would be great after minor cosmetic upgrades. .
We loved PCB, but probably would find a better kept condo for our next stay.
