Property is amazing. Perfect spot on top of a hill with a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was included and the meal was great! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and I had a balcony with an awesome view.

Overall this was a very nice stay. Our room was spacious and very quaint with a nice little balcony. The hotel gave us a free bus pass for our stay. We were able to ride the bus to Salzburg and back without any problems. The breakfast buffet was good. Ramona at the front desk was very helpful when we arrived.

The reception staff member was so welcoming and set the tone for us.
The hotel room and facilities were wonderful. The saunas and relaxing spaces were most impressive and helped us relax after a long journey to Eugendorf, and again the following day after a thorough exploration of Salzburg. Breakfast very good. We all enjoyed it.The free bus service was an extra bonus to and from Salzburg. Couldn't fault our stay apart from it wasn't long enough and we are going to return in the autumn. Lovely!!

What an amazing hotel. I was staying in the area for work, but the hotel made it feel like a holiday! The decor was beautiful and characterful. Apart from a neighbouring guest with a very loud TV late at night, the hotel was very peaceful. My room was stunning and with an amazing view from the balcony. The facilities were clean and the shower was excellent. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and I also enjoyed 2 evening meals during my stay, both of which were really good. The real surprise was the spa and fitness area. So much variety and so well maintained. On both evenings I enjoyed spending time on the 'hanging beds' in the quiet room, in front of an open window, taking in the Austrian scenery. Oh... and there were cats... several of them living outside, but just as welcoming! I will definitely return.
