We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Demar Residences in Zadar. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool area, and everything is clean, modern, and very comfortable.
The rooms are beautiful and modern, and we loved that they all have balconies or patios facing the wonderful pool in the back. It created such a relaxing atmosphere.
Denis, the owner, was truly the best. He was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay, which made the experience even more special.
We loved it so much that we actually decided to stay an extra day. Everything was perfect, and I would 100% recommend Demar Residences to anyone visiting Zadar!

This is a modern, super clean property in a residential area. The unit was fresh, with full kitchen amenities and large modern bathrooms that offered toiletries and fresh white towels. The pool area is lovely and well maintained and parking is immediately next to the building. Restaurants are within walking distance but we appreciated having a car to access the activities and sights we had planned to see.

We had a deluxe sea room and it was exactly that. Lovely big balcony a bed facing the smacking view, lush bathroom truly beautiful. Very happy with our stay here -thank you!
