Great place to stay!! The room was on the smaller side, but if you are solo traveling and just looking for a nice place to stay with a private bathroom, this is it. Lovely place to get pastries and gelato right next to it, and a fountain right outside to enjoy. Housekeeping came in and made the bed every day, which was lovely to come back to after a long day out in beautiful Rome.

Enjoyed my stay of 4 nights in a single room. Check in was easy over WhatsApp, the hosts were responsive and checked with me to make sure everything was ok. Room was the expected size for a single in a major European city, the shower was surprisingly big and the bathroom spacious with some nice amenities. A small fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine with tea and coffee was appreciated. I liked the decor and it was very clean.
The location is right on a very busy piazza in the lively Monti neighborhood, which I really enjoyed. Lots of cafes, restaurants and neighborhood bars nearby, it was fun and always felt safe. The hosts have invested in double glazed windows which cut the noise and I had no issues - I’m a city person!
Very close to Colosseum and Forum and an easy walk to many other main sites. Vatican is a long walk, or just take the 40 bus. Easy 15 minute walk to Termini train station.
Loved the Monti neighborhood and enjoyed my stay, would recommend for those who enjoy a lively, authentic vibe.
