The maintenance was prompt and responsive

2 adults and 3 kids. It was for us so convenient that the place was close to everything (popular casinos, restaurants, grocery stores, the strip), staff always nice and kind to help, place always clean, the room, furniture in our rooms looks older, but it was something that don’t bother us because like I said before, everything was clean, we stay less than 7 days, which don’t include room service (upon request and xtra charge) only basic service like take out trash and changing towels. Our room include kitchen and I love that part because traveling with kids is always important for us.

Totally recommend this place for families. We stayed with 2 kids for 2 nights. It's a hidden gem in the middle of the strip. The entrance faces the side of the Bellagio. Half a block from the strip. Fast check in and out. No lines The room (or apartment) was totally equipped. Kitchen with everything you need and more to cook. Everything was super clean. The pool is small but ok for a splash after walking around. If you want to spend a lot of time at the pool, go somewhere else. They have a small gym that worked for me. You have free parking you can enter through the Cosmo or jockey entrance. It looks tricky at first. TIP: enter and go down to level B3. The map the hotel offers you looks tricky, but you can park anywhere in that level. We looked for the Jockey elevators and parked close. Then when you want to leave they'll give you a parking card. INSERT THAT CARD WHERE THE TICKET IS SUPPOSED TO GO INSERTED. I read a lot of reviews about people saying their card didn't work. You have to insert it like a ticket. We figured it out when we were leaving. If not, you press the help bottom and they'll open the gate. Great place to be in the middle of the action. Nice, comfortable, affordable & clean. Perfect for kids to be out of the chaos and party atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel and our room were very clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Alexis at check-in was great. She was very helpful. The location was very convenient.
