The hotel is spotless, room is amazing and in a very good location. Even better is the service, Mike and his team will go out of their way to make your stay perfect. I wanted to check out late due to my late flight, they were happy for me to keep the room until the last minute at no extra charge. The kitchen and resteraunt were being refurbished during my stay which meant there was no coffee machine. They went out every morning to get me a coffee from the coffee shop. They made my stay in Siem Reap perfect. Looking forward to staying with them again in the future. 10/10, I'd give a hight rating if it made sense. Fantastic place. Thank you Mike for my magical stay.

My stay at Nita by VO was absolutely amazing. I've never had such hospitality. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the manager and staff. They were literally waiting for us to arrive. We arrived pretty late, so the manager let us get some rest and said we could handle all the paperwork the next day. The manager was always available and could be easily contacted through WhatsApp. He got our breakfast orders every day. We were scheduled to come down at a certain time, and every time we arrived, our food was waiting for us. He was very informative about excursions and recommended the best places to visit.
We took a tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat, and it was such an amazing experience. They also told us about the floating villages. Everything we needed was readily available. I literally requested towels at 10 o'clock, and by 10:01 am, the staff were at the door with towels, rags, tissues, and all the other toiletries we needed. The pool was very nice, and there were life jackets because the water is a little deep. The only thing is that the pool was under construction, so there wasn't a functioning bar; however, the manager used his own personal money to make sure we had beer and liquor. It was amazing.
He recommended amazing restaurants; everything was just wonderful, and lastly, we went to the spa; they offered every kind of massage you could think of: Thai, deep tissue, and Swedish. It was honestly the best massage I've ever gotten on vacation. I literally fell asleep. I was so relaxed a

Staff were very friendly and the facilities were exceptionally clean. Close to the temples and a good environment surrounding the place. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was first class. From the moment I booked the rooms I was contacted by the hotel manager Mike and he was able to make arrangements for transport from the airport to the hotel and back. In a large SUV that we needed. Also booked a tour guide and the SUV to visit the temples and that was a day that I will remember for life. Amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful with a rooftop pool and breakfast down in the lobby area. The check in was flawless as the driver called in advance to let them know we were on our way. I will absolutely rate this a 10/10 place to stay.
