We had a good stay at ViiA Residences with our family. The location was excellent and definitely one of the main advantages. Abdullah Hukum LRT station is nearby, which made travelling around Kuala Lumpur easy, and KL Eco City Mall, The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall are all within comfortable walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops close by. The outdoor swimming pool on the 40th floor was a lovely feature and a great place to relax after a day out. The gym was fine for our needs, although fairly basic, with the usual cardio equipment and enough for a simple workout. The residence was comfortable and convenient for a family stay, and we really appreciated having so much within walking distance. Being close to the LRT also meant we did not have to rely on Grab or taxis all the time.

1. The mattress and bed was creaking each time I moved and turned on the bed.. it was loud and disrupted my sleep. I took a video and sent to the Viia WhatsApp chat, they are usually responsive but this times, no one responded. 2. The bathroom shower floor was slippery 3. The bidet leaks when you turn it on
