The apartment unit was larger than expected. It was clean and organised.
Check process was simple and easy, as the guidance was clear.
Location is good as it is near LRT, NuCentral and city centre, as well as just a stone throw away from Bangsar.

Fairly large airy rooms.
One one key was given for 4 persons staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. Additional keys required an additional deposit. Difficult to manage when some persons decided to go to different places at different times. We all had to return at the same time.
During our 9 day stay, no cleaning of the room was provided. No sheets or towels were changed during the period of stay. Only 1 bath towel was provided per person....no smaller size or face towel was provided.
